Food Cooked to Order

Street food stalls such as this one are, essentially, full-service restaurants: you can get a wide variety of Thai dishes cooked to order and served over rice at inexepnsive prices. We often get questions about the safety of street food. In this case, the food looks clean, the vendor is neat, well-dressed and clean, and the food you consume is served directly to you from a flaming wok — I’d eat here in an instant (and did!).
