Green Papaya Salad Vendor

The vendor in the foreground is starting to make som dtam (green papaya salad) — she will pound the shredded green papaya using the large wooden mortar and pestle. The dishes in the very front contain crabs. Going towards the back you can see how the vendors are side-by-side all the way down the street.
