Beef Curry Roti

Here’s how roti are served in Takua Ba. At the bottom left is the fried roti, crispy and delicious looking. To its upper right is the mataba beef curry. Above that and diagonally to the left is the characteristically orange Thai Iced Tea (with the condensed milk white in the bottom) and to the upper right of that is plain tea, which is served with the Thai Iced Tea to be drunk afterwards in order to cut the sweetness.
